Hi, there! I’m Destiny; a painter, graphic designer, and traveling muralist based out of Tulsa, Oklahoma!
I have been drawn to art ever since I was little, and grew up learning different styles and techniques for various art forms. Leaving high school with the desire to apply my love of art to the “real world,” I pursued an education in graphic design - ultimately earning a vocational degree in Visual Graphic Design and an A.A.S. in Digital Media. This education taught me to consider art with a more careful and critical eye, and provided a foundation for creating designs that effectively and visually communicate an idea or brand personality to a broad audience.
As a result, I started Deseo.DP with the wish of using my passion to be part of a more colorful world. It is my belief that art can help bring any space to life, bring personality to your home or business, and bring a community together - and I think design, murals, and personal art work are a great way to share that life and personality with your audience!
I love helping people visually communicate a voice they may not have been able to express otherwise, so I am especially interested in working with women, POC, and queer-owned spaces to create a bright, welcoming, and inclusive environment for their home, business, or community organization.
